About The Position
The Villas of Holly Brook in Marshall, Illinois, is hiring a part-time CNA / Care Partner for the 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. shift. The role provides direct care to residents and assists them with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. The CNA maintains appropriate care records, reports changes in residents’ conditions, and communicates effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Requirements
- Hold an active, state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Obtain a Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
- Have previous experience working with the elderly.
- Have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
- Be honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
- Meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
