About The Position

The Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant maintains the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This hands-on role supports daily operations through routine cleaning, light maintenance, and facility upkeep, helping provide a welcoming and well-presented environment for members, guests, and staff.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and general facility upkeep.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors, including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Perform routine light maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, completing minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular clubhouse inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas, including patios, walkways, and entryways.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and properly store supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership.
