About The Position
As the Club Receptionist of Zero Bond, you will be the first point of contact between members and Zero Bond, acting as a gracious host while maintaining the standards of a curated membership experience. You will be responsible for greeting both members and their guests and adhering to the high level of member experience that Zero Bonds provides. A successful Club Receptionist is responsible for being knowledgeable about the property, services, and amenities provided. You will need to be a people person with excellent professional phone etiquette and for making members and guests feel welcome.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Professional, tactful & well-versed in conflict resolution
- Must have experience answering phone lines and emails professionally and timely.
- Have strong problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter
- Able to maintain calm in high stress situations
- Detail oriented, articulate, and able to prioritize in a high-volume and demanding work environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities
- Welcome every member by name in a hospitable manner
- Answer phone lines and conduct office services including creating and sending reports, bulk-printing, and laminating
- Perform Guest List duties and support, redirect and problem solve in real-time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed
- Develop meaningful relationships with returning members and their guests
- Be the liaison between guests and management in terms of feedback and recommendations
- Coordinating all reservation bookings and large party reservations for members when requested
- Enter information into CRM applications
- Must be well groomed and adhere to the Zero Bond uniform requirements
