About The Position

TruFit Athletic Clubs is accepting resumes for current and future Club Operations Manager opportunities at its three locations in the Midland/Odessa area: two clubs in Midland and one in Odessa. The manager ensures the smooth execution and maintenance of daily club operations, including scheduling, supplies, and front desk staffing, while supporting safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in operations, facilities, or customer service leadership.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and solutions-focused.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

• Oversee scheduling, supplies, and front desk staffing.
