About The Position
TruFit Athletic Clubs is accepting resumes for current and future Club Operations Manager opportunities at its three Midland/Odessa-area locations. The Operations Manager helps ensure smooth daily club operations and supports the clubs’ safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation standards. The role includes overseeing scheduling, supplies, and front desk staffing. Candidates should have experience in operations, facilities, or customer service leadership and be hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused. A high school diploma or GED and CPR certification are required.
