About The Position
We are seeking a Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility. Requirements
- Previous management experience is required.
- Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create and adhere to the operational budget.
- Oversee marketing efforts and promotions.
- Oversee membership sales and promotions.
- Build relationships with vendors.
- Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed.
- Hire and train staff.
- Oversee customer service and resolve issues that arise.
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
