About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and a pleasant, productive shopping experience while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member. This role serves as a product expert and handles account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance. The Outfitter also provides service to other areas of the store based on business needs.

The position operates under general supervision and established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations regarding work procedures, policies, and practices. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and stay informed about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
