CLUB Customer Service Outfitter
About The Position
The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and a pleasant, productive shopping experience while presenting customers with the benefits of becoming a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and handles account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance. The Outfitter may provide service throughout the store based on business needs. The role works under general supervision using established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work procedures, policies, and practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.
Responsibilities
- Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
- Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
- Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
- Demonstrate products to customers.
- Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
- Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
- Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
- Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
- Serve all areas of the store based on business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
