About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter delivers world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and carries out account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance. The position is seasonal and provides service throughout the store based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Strong self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and provide customers with a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and invite them to become Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Members, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coach, recognize, and support peers as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service in all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
