About The Position

The CLUB Customer Service Outfitter provides world-class customer service and presents customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. The role serves as a product expert and carries out account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching and influencing, and regulatory compliance.

The Outfitter supports a pleasant and productive shopping experience, engages customers about CLUB membership, demonstrates products, and provides current members with service and account assistance. The role also supports store-wide service needs, helps achieve individual and store goals, and maintains accurate CLUB inventory and an organized CLUB Booth. Work is performed under general supervision using established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Strong self-motivation and initiative while working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world-class customer service and help ensure a pleasant, productive shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers and offer the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Member, or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Help meet individual and store metric goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience, including processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
• Provide service to all areas of the store based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
