About The Position

The Club-Catering Attendant assists the Suite’s Captain and Suite’s Area Manager with food and beverage service in the Club Lounge and catering areas at GIANT Center. The position primarily works at GIANT Center and may also assist at other locations within the Hershey Entertainment Complex. This is a part-time role with hours that vary according to event schedules.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older on the date of application.
Must complete RAMP Alcohol Service Certification upon employment.
Display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines.
Be friendly and upbeat, work well with other employees, and interact effectively with guests.
Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be able to stand for periods of up to five hours at a time before a break or the end of a shift, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Be able to work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather.
Provide black, non-skid/non-slip sneakers.

Nice To Haves

Prior food and beverage industry experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare Club Lounge and/or catering areas for food and beverage service.
Operate the point-of-sale system.
Assist with food preparation, production, and service.
Monitor guest seating areas for cleanliness and keep soda and condiments stocked.
Clean, sanitize, and sweep or mop work areas, including food preparation areas, food-contact surfaces, patio and condiment areas, and floors and walkways.
Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned location as directed by supervisors and managers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
