About The Position

As a Club at Hilton Ambassador, you help create exceptional guest experiences by providing a warm, elevated arrival and departure and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You welcome and check in and check out VIPs and other guests, anticipate and resolve needs throughout their stay, promote hotel services and amenities, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services. The role calls for personalized, courteous service and meaningful connections with guests.

You greet guests as they enter the lobby, engage them to understand the purpose of their visit and identify unanticipated needs, and offer personalized recommendations about property amenities and local attractions. You take ownership of concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments for efficient, discreet resolution. You are also expected to remain composed during high-traffic or emergency situations.

• Anticipate and resolve guest needs and challenges throughout their stay.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and experiences, and identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Deliver quality, courteous, personalized guest service at every touchpoint.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and sincerely so they feel cared for and valued upon entering the lobby.
• Engage guests to understand the purpose of their visit, identify and address unanticipated needs, and enhance their stay with personalized service.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations on property amenities and local attractions.
• Take ownership of guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments for efficient and discreet resolution.
• Remain calm and alert during high-traffic or emergency situations.
• Create meaningful connections with guests and embody Hilton's spirit of hospitality.
