About The Position

Hope Gospel Mission is seeking team members for its Clothing Department. The position objective is to process incoming clothing donations in preparation for final sorting and merchandising. Team members receive and sort donations for display on the sales floor and may lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers. The role supports an intentional, faith-based, healthy, and healing community and requires representing a Christian organization. Full-time (more than 30 hours weekly) and part-time (less than 30 hours weekly) schedules are available. Pay is based on the qualified candidate’s experience and performance. Duties listed are illustrative and may be superseded by direction from the supervisor.

Requirements

• Good work ethic.
• Interest or experience in working with reusable goods.
• Communicate professionally and clearly.
• Ability to take directions from the Supervisor.

• Coaching, teaching, or teamwork experience is desired.
