About The Position

Hope Gospel Mission is seeking staff members to join its Clothing Department. The role processes incoming clothing donations in preparation for final sorting and merchandising, including preparing items for display on the sales floor. Team members help maintain an intentional, faith-based, healthy, and healing work environment and represent a Christian organization. The position is available either full-time, defined as more than 30 hours per week, or part-time, defined as fewer than 30 hours per week. Pay is based on the qualified candidate’s experience and performance. Duties listed are illustrative and may be superseded by direction from the supervisor.

Requirements

• Good work ethic.
• Interest or experience in working with reusable goods.
• Communicate professionally and clearly.
• Ability to take directions from the supervisor.

• Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers.
