About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Clothing Lead in Havre, Montana. The Clothing Lead contributes to the overall customer experience through outstanding service, generating sales, and recommending products. The role also involves stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, leading and developing a successful team, and safeguarding company assets. The position requires working scheduled shifts within store hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling must be flexible based on business needs.

Ability to spend 100% of work time on your feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Ability to work scheduled shifts across the stated store hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
