About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is seeking a full-time Clothing Lead in Havre, Montana. The role contributes to the customer experience by delivering outstanding service, generating sales and suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, leading and developing a team, and safeguarding company assets. The position requires working scheduled shifts within the store’s business hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Schedules may include weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.

Ability to work scheduled shifts during store business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs.
