Achieve Behavioral Health is launching a new 68-capacity Adult Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program in Rockland County and is seeking an experienced behavioral health clinician and leader to help build it from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to create a program, build a team, establish culture and clinical workflows, and shape how the program serves high-need adults. The position combines approximately 50% direct clinical work with 50% supervision and program leadership, working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a community-based setting. The ACT model emphasizes community-based contacts over office-based work.
