Clinical Supervisor - CTPSB (Forensic Program) - Danielson, Manchester, New London, Norwich, Waterbury & Willimantic
About The Position
As part of the CTPSB Leadership Team, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of clinical treatment service delivery and fidelity, providing staff training and supervision and working in collaboration with other leadership staff to oversee operations. This position closely coordinates with Probation & Parole as well as community providers, focusing on the specific needs of their assigned supervision offices. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an ability to communicate clearly and effectively, is highly motivated, organized, and committed to providing and sustaining a best-practices. Experience working in a position that supports individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors is required. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Full Clinical Licensure is required (LPC, LCSW or LMFT)
- 2 years of related experience providing direct services to individuals with problem sexual behaviors
- Valid driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
