About The Position

Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join its Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Adult Team. The CBHC program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families, and adults. The Clinical Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations and clinical quality of case management services, provides clinical supervision and guidance to case managers, and delivers direct care to clients. The position follows a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, with three days on-site and two days remote.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Clinical license from Massachusetts, such as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff in the office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions.
• Ensure the individual is at the center of care and tailor interventions to their preferences and goals.
• Complete assessments and crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors.
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to interventions.
• Ensure treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in the planning process.
