Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinical social workers living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Huntsville. Clinicians provide care to a broad range of clients, potentially including couples and children, and are expected to support measurable client progress. The role calls for availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week. Clinicians use modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record tools, and participate in a supportive clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $100,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical social work license in Alabama: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
