Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinical social workers in Alabama to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health sessions in Montgomery. Clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a broad range of clients, potentially including couples and children, and are expected to help clients make measurable progress. The position requires availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Compensation is up to $100,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The role is described as W-2 employment, and full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical social work license in Alabama: LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Contribute positively as a teammate in a clinical community.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the position does not offer employment visa sponsorship.
