Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinical social workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health sessions in West Palm Beach, Florida. The clinician will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a variety of clients, potentially including couples and children, and help clients achieve measurable progress. This role requires availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly. Clinicians should be comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record tools, and contributing positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $100,500, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is offered as W-2 employment, and full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold an independent Florida LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license.
- Live in Florida.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
