Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tallahassee. Clinicians should be available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability each week, be open to treating a range of clients—including couples and children—and be committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress. The role requires confidence using telehealth and electronic health record tools and a willingness to contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support so clinicians can focus on client care. The company also provides paid orientation and training, and states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $95,700, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is W-2 employment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Hold an active, independent Florida LCSW license.
- Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.
