Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) living in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Boca Raton, Florida. The role includes a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions and involves working with a variety of clients, including couples and children. Clinicians are expected to be available for at least 25 sessions and maintain 30 hours of availability each week, and to help clients achieve measurable progress while contributing positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians can access live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Compensation is up to $100,500, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is W-2 employment. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Hold an independent Florida LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license.
- Live in Florida.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 client sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
