About The Position

The Clinical Quality Agreement Smart Sheet Project Assistant will support the development and implementation of a Smart Sheet platform that consolidates and organizes key attributes of Rockford’s Clinical Quality/Technical Agreements (QTA). The role contributes to designing and populating the platform, providing training, and developing processes to maintain it, so the Quality team can access and review customer QTA requirements more efficiently. The position is located at Assembly Drive in Rockford, Illinois, and reports to the Director, Clinical Project Management. It has no staff reporting to it.

Requirements

Working toward a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
College-level math skills.
Advanced computer skills, including the ability to perform complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
Full professional proficiency: ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately at all levels pertinent to professional needs.
High reasoning ability to solve practical problems, work with concrete variables in situations with limited standardization, and interpret instructions provided in various forms.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements.
Populate the Smart Sheet with detailed information from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents.
Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on use of the Smart Sheet.
Collaborate in developing a sustainable process for maintaining and updating the Smart Sheet with future agreements and revisions.
Ensure the tool’s data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
