Requirements
- Active Washington Pharmacist License in good standing
- IV compounding experience required
- Experience in infusion pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or long-term care pharmacy preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders
- Support infusion pharmacy operations and workflow
- Prepare and oversee sterile compounding activities
- Ensure compliance with USP standards and pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to support patient care
