About The Position

Specialty Medical Staffing is seeking licensed Pharmacists for ongoing retail pharmacy opportunities in Auburn and the surrounding area, with additional needs anticipated throughout the fall. The role offers flexibility, including occasional per-diem shifts, a consistent part-time schedule, or full-time hours in the Tacoma area. Compensation is $70+ per hour.

Pharmacists dispense prescription medications, counsel patients, provide immunizations and other pharmacist services as appropriate, and ensure regulatory compliance. They work with pharmacy technicians and support staff to deliver patient care and customer service.

Requirements

• Active Washington Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, interactions, and potential side effects.
• Provide immunizations and other pharmacist services as appropriate.
