About The Position

The Clinical Operations Coordinator assists echo technologists, nurses, and cardiologists in delivering diagnostic imaging services. The role manages daily scheduling and workflow, serves as a department expert for various computer systems, and performs billing audits. This is an onsite position in Minneapolis, Minnesota, working an 8-hour day shift for 40 hours per week, with no weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have the education and/or experience needed to meet the required functional competencies listed in the job description.
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily department workflow with input from leadership.
• Coordinate the daily inpatient and outpatient schedule, including add-on exams.
• Keep the department informed of schedule changes or additions.
• Adapt performance and communication to the population served.
• Serve as an expert for various department computer systems.
• Process department timecards and provide backup timekeeper support to other departments and managers.
• Request equipment repairs.
• Audit department billing and complete manual charges.
• Order and maintain department supplies.
• Prepare, maintain, and update department statistics and provide them to leadership.
• Gather and submit productivity information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
