About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Nurse Manager for its St. Louis, Missouri Habilitation office, which provides care to clients of all ages throughout the Saint Louis area. The manager leads and motivates staff, develops client care plans, and oversees their implementation. The role includes supervising Habilitation Technicians, supporting staff orientation and competency assessment, and collaborating with clients, families, Case Managers, Care Coordinators, and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals. The manager also makes regular client visits, monitors services against Person Centered/Individual Support Plans and service definitions, evaluates progress toward goals, maintains communication with Case Managers and Care Coordinators, and provides supervision in accordance with policy and state regulations. Compensation is $90,000–$95,000, depending on qualifications.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN.
• At least 2 years of experience working with the IDD population as a Qualified Professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.

• Make regular client visits, as required by policy, to evaluate progress and monitor that services follow the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and service definitions.
• Evaluate progress toward goals identified in Person Centered/Individual Support Plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
• Supervise Habilitation Technicians according to policy, procedure, and state regulations.
