RN Home Care Clinical Manager
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Nurse Manager for its St. Louis, Missouri Habilitation office, which provides care to clients of all ages throughout the Saint Louis area. The manager leads and supports staff in delivering exceptional care, develops client care plans, and oversees their implementation. The role includes supervising Habilitation Technicians, supporting staff onboarding and competency development, and coordinating with clients, families, Case Managers, Care Coordinators, and other teams to evaluate care needs and individual goals.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 2 years of experience as an RN.
- At least 2 years of experience working with the IDD population as a Qualified Professional.

- Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Develop care plans and oversee their execution.
- Supervise Habilitation Technician staff in the field.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.
- Collaborate with clients, families, Case Managers, Habilitation Technicians, and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.
- Make regular client visits, as required by policy, to evaluate progress and monitor that services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and service definitions.
- Evaluate progress toward goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
- Supervise Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as required by state regulation.
