About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking a dependable bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to support efficient, high-quality patient evaluation services. The role helps keep clinic operations running smoothly while supporting patients and providers. This is a full-time position with a schedule within the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM range and rotating Saturdays as needed, with advance notice provided. There is no after-hours or on-call work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant training.
• Medical Assistant certification; certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, including taking vital signs and completing intake documentation.
• Assist providers throughout the evaluation process.
• Conduct blood draws, EKGs, and routine screenings.
• Keep exam rooms organized, clean, and stocked.
• Help maintain accurate medical records.
