About The Position
The IMA Group is seeking a dependable bilingual Clinical Medical Assistant who speaks English and Spanish to support efficient, high-quality patient evaluation services. The role helps clinic operations run smoothly while supporting patients and providers. The position is full-time, with a schedule within the 7:00 AM–6:00 PM range and rotating Saturdays as needed, with advance notice. No after-hours or on-call work is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Organized, reliable, and patient-focused.
Nice To Haves
- Medical assistant training.
- Medical assistant certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for exams, including taking vitals and completing intake documentation.
- Assist providers throughout the evaluation process.
- Conduct blood draws, EKGs, and routine screenings.
- Keep exam rooms organized, clean, and stocked.
- Help maintain accurate medical records.
