About The Position
The Clinical IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting clinical software systems and optimizing system workflows for end-users. This role involves developing and documenting training, supporting staff and physicians on the EMR system, entering support tickets with charting software vendors, generating system reports, and assessing accreditation and compliance requirements. The coordinator will collaborate with leadership to align policies, workflows, and system configurations to achieve compliance goals.
Requirements
- 5 years of hospital or clinical experience required
- Must demonstrate an understanding of electronic charting, including but not limited to electronic MAR, order entry, and electronic form entry
- Competency in general computing skills, including keyboarding, email, Word, and Excel is required

- Supporting clinical software systems and optimizing system workflows for end-users

- Training and supporting staff and physicians on the EMR

- Generating system reports and assisting clinical teams
- Assessing accreditation and compliance requirements and standards
- Collaborating with leadership to align policies, workflows, and system configurations to achieve compliance goals
