About The Position

The Clinical Imaging Supervisor oversees clinical imaging department operations and staff. The role ensures imaging quality and quality control, maintains ACR and FDA accreditations, and provides leadership for off-site locations. Responsibilities also include staff scheduling and productivity, staff supervision and evaluation, timekeeping, and department safety.

Requirements

• Graduate of a program in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or Cardiovascular Sonography.
• At least 4 years of technical experience.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARDMS, CNMT, NMTCB, or CCI upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire.

• Experience as a modality lead.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality imaging and quality control are maintained.
• Ensure the department maintains ACR and FDA accreditations.
• Provide leadership for off-site locations.
• Supervise daily departmental operations, including staff schedules and productivity.
• Supervise clinical staff.
• Conduct staff evaluations and maintain annual competencies.
• Provide personnel leadership through guidance, feedback, and delegation.
• Perform primary timekeeping responsibilities.
• Act as the department’s safety coach.
