Natera is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) to join its Women's Health sales team. The territory extends from Corpus Christi south through McAllen, Harlingen, and Brownsville, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near McAllen, where most of the business is concentrated. The CFS will drive revenue growth and market expansion through direct engagement with individual maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) physicians, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors. The role centers on building and maintaining strong professional relationships and creating and executing strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth. The CFS will support established products and new product launches by providing clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training in technical product applications. The role regularly involves handling protected health information (PHI) in paper and electronic form and using technologies to access it. The employee must complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, general policies and procedures compliance, and security training as soon as possible and no later than the first 30 days of employment, and must remain current with Natera training requirements. The first-year on-target earnings package is $165,000–$190,000 USD and includes a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. OTE is an estimate based on achieving 100% of performance goals, not a guaranteed amount. The posting also mentions a car as part of compensation. Natera describes itself as a global leader in cell-free DNA testing focused on oncology, women's health, and organ health.
