About The Position

The Clinical Educator is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting healthcare professionals within a clinical setting. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, providing guidance and support for ongoing professional development, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing- required
  • Registered nurse in the state of Missouri- required
  • BLS Certification- required
  • Obtains American Heart Association instructor status within 6 months of hire and maintains every 2 years- required
  • Three (3) years of nursing experience-required
