About The Position

The Clinical Director (BCBA) monitors the daily clinical operations of a single clinic location providing ABA therapy services and ensures clear communication among BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members. The role includes managing and supporting clinical staff, overseeing treatment implementation and documentation, conducting assessments and treatment planning as needed, and traveling to support assessments, the clinical team, and high-risk clients. The position serves the Lawrenceville/Gainesville service areas.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• State licensure.
• BCBA certification.
• Maintain clean background and drug screenings and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in the ABA field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise the daily implementation of behavior interventions, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal and written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and develop treatment plans for clients admitted into the region as needed.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities, including FBA, FA, and preference assessments.
• Make monthly check-in phone calls with families.
• Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data.
• Travel for assessments, clinical team oversight, and support for high-risk clients.
