We built this position for an experienced BCBA who wants to shape a clinic's growth while working alongside leadership that truly understands the field. Our owner is an experienced BCBA who remains actively involved, helping manage operations and run the clinic. You will have a true peer and sounding board by your side. Our brand-new Augusta clinic is open, operational, and running with a foundational team of staff and clients ready for your leadership to help grow and expand. Your primary mandate is leadership. With a low billable requirement, you have the freedom to focus entirely on clinical excellence and team growth. Our dedicated administrative team handles all scheduling, logistics, hiring, and backend paperwork. Realistic Expectations: We believe leadership requires time to think, mentor, and manage. Requirements

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
4+ years of clinical ABA experience, with a proven track record of supervising teams or leading clinical operations.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and culture-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Ph.D./Psy.D. or BCBA-D designation.
Direct experience with clinical program development or clinic startup environments.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the Augusta facility.
Supervise, mentor, and hands-on develop your oncoming team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
Oversee intakes, assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.), treatment plan designs, and clinical documentation quality.
Ensure absolute compliance with BACB, ethical, and healthcare payer regulatory standards.
Partner closely with local families to ensure deep caregiver collaboration and stellar outcomes.
Collaborate directly with executive leadership on clinic health, growth strategy, and localized training initiatives.
