About The Position
Carta Healthcare Inc. is seeking a part-time Clinical Data Abstractor to abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries. The position is 100% remote and offers a flexible schedule. Applicants must reside within the continental United States. This is a non-benefit W-2 position.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
- Maintain an IRR score of 98% or higher.
- Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month.
- Must reside within the continental United States.
- Upon hire, verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form.
