About The Position

One Medical is seeking a Member Support Specialist to serve as an in-office ambassador for patients and help create an exceptional patient experience. The role removes barriers to care, supports patient interactions and feedback, and maintains the look and feel of the office. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with eight-hour shifts generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The position is based at the Downtown Seattle office and may provide support at other One Medical locations in Capitol Hill and South Lake Union. Location and schedule may change. The work is mostly sedentary, with occasional exertion of up to ten pounds and brief periods of standing or walking.
