About The Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day to day management to the assigned Mary Rutan Health’s primary care office(s). They will direct and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing and clerical staff, undertake necessary administrative duties of those offices, and provide a first line of response for staff communication and escalation. They will also assist with projects designed to improve patient care and optimize the practice, while maintaining routine operations via a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent, with some college courses.
• Ability to work with physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative manner.
• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting is required.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree is preferred.
