About The Position

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians has an exciting opportunity for a Clinic Supervisor to join our leadership team! This role will provide leadership, direction and administration of daily business processes operations at the North Suburban Family Physicians clinics located in Lino Lakes, Roseville and Hugo, MN. This role provides oversight of the daily operations of the front desk/medical receptionist staff and will work between 3 clinic locations (Lino Lakes, Roseville and Hugo, MN). In addition to leading staff, this role will require strong technical skills in order to troubleshoot technical issues and will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Epic templates to ensure schedules and visit types are accurately set up. The position also plays a critical role in supporting the online urgent care workflows, ensuring they are correctly built and functioning within Epic to support operational efficiency and patient access. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field or equivalent job-related experience along with at least two years of work experience in the health care industry with a focus on customer service, clinic operations, or related experience along with at least two years of staff supervisor or leadership experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience with Epic Cadence appointment scheduling, templating and other build functions along with knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory basic tools and workflows. This role also requires someone who has a strong ability to lead, influence, mentor and motivate employees as well as demonstrated organizational skills, project management skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field or equivalent job-related experience
