About The Position

The Clinic Service Representative is the first point of contact for patients at Henry Ford Health’s Family Medicine clinic in Fraser. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (including GED).
• Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and use computer information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, using email, and logging in to and out of systems.
• Dependability and punctuality, and ability to work within a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
