About The Position

CHI Health Clinic provides primary, specialty, walk-in, and virtual care through more than 20 specialties and 100 locations, with some clinics offering extended hours. The Clinic RN Triage position supports healthcare teams and contributes to patients’ clinic experience and preparation. The role provides care throughout the clinic experience, administers medications according to each patient’s plan of care, and completes required patient documentation.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients throughout their clinic experience.
• Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to the patient’s plan of care.
• Complete thorough patient documentation as required.
• Perform triage duties.
