About The Position

CHI Health Clinic provides primary and specialty care, walk-in services, and virtual services across more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations, with some clinics offering extended hours. The Clinic RN Triage supports healthcare teams and contributes to patients’ clinic experience and preparation. This is a triage position involving patient care throughout the clinic experience, medication administration, and patient documentation.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients throughout their clinic experience.
• Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to each patient’s plan of care.
• Complete thorough patient documentation as required.
