Under the direction and supervision of the Clinic Manager and/or Regional Administrator, the Clinic Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the organization by communicating effectively with coworkers and the general public. This role includes greeting patients and visitors, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate party while maintaining strict confidentiality. A key responsibility of this position is producing accurate and reliable work, which directly contributes to the financial performance of El Centro Family Health. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 501(c)(3) nonprofit, El Centro Family Health is dedicated to providing affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare to the people of Northern New Mexico.
