About The Position
The Clinic Phlebotomist II works at UW Health Newburg Road Clinic, 6824 Newburg Road. The position is 100% FTE, scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week with varying hours, and includes one Saturday per month. Candidates must have successfully completed a phlebotomy course, provide documentation of a high school diploma or equivalent (or the highest degree completed), have at least three years of phlebotomy experience, and hold Basic Life Support/CPR and PBT or CPT certification.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
- Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification.
