About The Position
The Clinic Phlebotomist II (Float) works on a per-diem basis at UW Health Home Health Clinic, 2550 Charles St. The schedule varies. The role requires successful completion of a phlebotomy course, at least three years of phlebotomy experience, computer experience, a qualifying phlebotomy certification, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Applicants must provide documentation of a high school diploma or equivalent, or their highest completed degree.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience.
- Computer experience.
- Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
