About The Position
The Clinic Phlebotomist II (Float) works on a per-diem basis with a varying schedule at UW Health Home Health Clinic, 2550 Charles St. The role requires phlebotomy experience, computer experience, completion of a phlebotomy course, phlebotomy technician certification, and Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Requirements
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- At least 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
- Computer experience.
- Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT).
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
