About The Position

The Clinic Operations Manager coordinates activities in physician offices, clinics, or other areas to support high-quality, patient-centered care and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. The role manages daily facility operations, coordinates staffing and coverage, develops and implements practice policies and priorities, and supervises assigned employees. It also supports reimbursement, service coordination, patient-care quality, community and physician communications, and the resolution of patient complaints.

Requirements

Associate's degree or two years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
Four years of experience.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness in team development strategies.
Ability to evaluate and stabilize team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with primary care or multi-specialty clinic operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage daily activities in a physician office, clinic, or other patient-care facility to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate staffing, coverage, and procedures to meet facility needs in a timely and effective manner.
Develop, review, revise, submit, and implement practice policies, procedures, and priorities aligned with organizational targets.
Interview, select, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and recommend termination of assigned employees.
Approve and contribute to in-service education programs for assigned employees.
Coordinate accounts receivable management to support maximum reimbursement.
Communicate with other departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problems, and improve patient-care quality.
Provide physicians, community groups, and referral agencies with information about programs provided by the practices.
Investigate, resolve, and document the resolution of patient complaints.
